Peer Coaching Program

Are you involved with Network Delaware or one of its partner organizations? Do you want to have small group and 1-on-1 coaching to improve your organizing skills?

Then consider joining Network Delaware’s Peer Coaching Program!

Participants will receive:

• Monthly (and as-needed) 1-on-1 coaching with another member of the Network community looking to improve their skills.
  
• Bi-monthly small group meetings with experienced coaches and other peers.
