Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League
The James H. Gilliam, Sr. Fellows Program produced more elected officials than any leadership program in Delaware’s recent history.

We developed the program with the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League. During that time Delaware had the country’s highest rate increase of electing Black and Brown individuals.

Campaign to End Debtors’ Prison
The campaign ushered in Delaware as the fastest improving state to reform the judicial fines and fees system through bipartisan support.

We coached and developed first-time campaign leaders to recruit volunteers, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, and persist in passing legislation over a six year period.

Delaware Immigrant Fund
The Fund raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support children and families across Delaware.

We trained and gave opportunities to volunteers to develop their skills for multiple years after which they launched their own project to support others. We supported them by serving as the Fund’s fiscal agent, to find partners, and secure funding.
