Our Action Teams focus on impacting policy, improving their own neighborhoods, and increasing local community action.
The goal is build a set of Action Teams in all 41 representative districts in Delaware to ensure all Delawareans have a voice in our democratic process.
Action Teams are groups of people (e.g. based on issue interest, geography, etc.) that want to work together to make an impact in their community. These teams meet on a consistent basis and receive targeted support from Network Delaware.

The People’s Congress is a “legislative training ground” for those who wish to improve their understanding of how our state and local government works through both a hands-on simulation of being an elected official and creating a “People’s Platform” at the completion of the simulation to serve as a foundation for political advocacy.Visit Page
The Community Policy Initiative (CPI) is an independent, nonpartisan public policy support organization that engages in comprehensive research to educate, propose, and support Delaware-focused legislation and policy. We focus on analyzing issues through an economic and racial justice lens. We believe when we uplift key ideas and opportunities, we can continue to improve our state.Visit Page
